Turn TV series auction. Turn, the TV series about Washington’s New York City spy network during the Revolutionary War, finished production on the third and final year. Much of it was shot in Colonial Williamsburg and Richmond. On Monday and Tuesday there was a 2-day on-line auction for over 2,000 furniture items, accessories, and props used in the film. The 2-day preview before the auction was in Richmond. Patricia and I went to the preview, noted items of interest and then bid on them. We were successful on 10 items, pictured here. As soon as we get them cleaned up and make minor repairs, these items will be used at Gracefield Hall. Items include 3 wall mirrors, campaign chest, tea table, tilt top table, 2 rush seat ladder back chairs, many baskets, 2 copper pots, and a copper bed warmer.
