The 2014 Christmas Tree at Gracefield Hall

Open House

Gracefield Hall is holding a Christmas open house on Saturday, December 12th, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., so save the date. Come one, come all! Crackling fires in the fireplaces, hot cider, light refreshments, including an assortment of Christmas cookies baked by Baker Larry ™. Get a tour of our Bed & Breakfast; hear about the history of the house as if it had been built and expanded in the 18th century.

Christmas was not celebrated in the 18th century as it is today; Boxing Day, the  day after Christmas was when small gifts were given. Even though the Christmas tree did not appear in the United States until just before the middle of the 19th century, we will have a Christmas tree.

Please remember we are a smoke-free and tobacco-products-free property and facility, including e-cigarettes.
